The programme does not merely teach the use of generative AI tools. It sets out to establish a responsible, operational and documented AI culture, aligned with the best international standards — notably the AI literacy logic enshrined in the European AI Act.
To date, Côte d'Ivoire has adopted no binding national equivalent. But its National Artificial Intelligence Strategy to 2030 confirms that the country has entered a phase of structuring AI governance.
